BREAST ENLARGEMENT SURGERY Breast enlargement surgery may be indicated in women who are not happy with the size or shape of their breasts. Breast enlargement is usually achieved by placing an artificial implant under the skin or muscle of the chest. Breast implants are usually made from silicone and are designed to make your breasts larger, firmer and fuller. What's involved? Breast enlargement procedure is performed under general anaesthetic and requires an overnight hospital stay.
